Our Pilates mat classes are run by Physiotherapists and cater for people of all ages and ability levels. We believe that exercise should benefit you both physically and mentally. Hence we aim to make each class both challenging and enjoyable. With small class sizes, your instructor will monitor and modify your exercises in order to challenge you whilst managing any injuries or problem areas you may have. Please let us know when booking your first class if you have any injuries or health conditions so that your instructor can make sure you are safe to exercise.
